Night Senior Carer: Lead Care Team & Clinical Support

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Night Senior Carer to oversee residents’ needs and deliver person-centred care. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants with the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or reviews.

You’ll hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and demonstrate knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
