Night Shift Store Leader — Customer-First Excellence

Morrisons is seeking a Night Manager to lead and empower staff, ensuring customers are served with outstanding service and that the store is ready for the next day. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee scheduling, performance and training across departments.

You'll drive talent development, build relationships with other departments and lead with purpose to achieve targets while maintaining Morrisons' values and a high standard of operation.
