Night Sous Chef — Lead a High-Energy Wisbech Kitchen

Chartwells Independent in Wisbech is seeking a Night Sous Chef to lead our busy kitchen during the 8:30pm–2:30am night service. You will guide the team, maintain Levy standards, and deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires previous Sous Chef level experience or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, a passion for food, exceptional hygiene, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while mentoring others.
