NPD Technologist — Food Development & Innovation

Zest is recruiting an NPD Technologist to join the food development team at a chilled meals manufacturer. You will work cross-functionally with Development, Technical, Operations and Supply Chain, taking each new product from concept through to handover to production.

You will ensure recipes are set up correctly and that each concept stands up to taste, performance and shelf life. You will run tastings, benchmark against competitors and ensure brand and nutritional standards before customer
