We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Assistant to join our client's friendly and supportive nursery team in Bracknell.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated childcare professional who is committed to providing high-quality care and early years education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support and supervise staff within the room
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
• Monitor children's development and maintain accurate records
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are always followed

Requirements

• Previous experience working in an early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for working with children
