Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and inspire the nursery team to deliver outstanding care.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including Ofsted standards and health & safety regulations.
• Develop and implement a stimulating and effective early years curriculum.
• Manage the nursery budget, admissions, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents and guardians.
• Conduct staff appraisals, training, and professional development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior childcare management role.
• Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Leadership for the Children and Young People's Sector).
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
