About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead their childcare facility in Aberdeen . Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement engaging educational programs and activities tailored to different age groups.
• Oversee admissions, parent communications, and stakeholder engagement to build strong relationships.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain strict safeguarding procedures and ensure the safety and well-being of all children.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Nursery Management or senior childcare leadership role.
• A relevant qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 3 Diploma, BA Hons).
• In-depth knowledge of the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence and relevant childcare legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
