About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead their flagship childcare facility in Leicester . Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of nursery staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement a stimulating and age-appropriate curriculum that adheres to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and educational development of all children within the nursery.
• Maintain excellent communication channels with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and continuous professional development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a senior or management role within a nursery or early years setting.
• Thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and ensure operational efficiency.
