Nursery Nurse

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse to join a friendly nursery team in Haswell, County Durham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children's learning, development and wellbeing.

The Role

• Providing high-quality care and support to children within the nursery.

• Planning and supporting fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.

• Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

• Changing nappies

• Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.

• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

• Ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

• Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.

• Have experience working within a nursery or early years setting.

• Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework.

• Be caring, patient, reliable and enthusiastic.

• Have a genuine passion for working with young children.

• Be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Working Details

• Location: Haswell, County Durham

• Start: ASAP

• Contract: 2 months

• Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

• Days: Monday – Friday
