About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding care and education to children in your assigned age group.
• Plan and implement a variety of stimulating and age-appropriate activities.
• Observe, assess, and record children's learning and development.
• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with parents and carers.
• Uphold the nursery's high standards and policies.

Requirements

• A recognised childcare qualification (e.g., SVQ Level 3, NNEB, or equivalent).
• Experience working within a nursery or similar childcare setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and the curriculum framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
