Nursery Practitioners & Nursery Assistants Wanted!

Do you enjoy working with young children and helping them through those all-important early stages of learning and development?

We're starting to expand our network of Early Years candidates to support the nurseries we work with across Maidstone and the surrounding areas. We're keen to speak with people who are available to start ASAP, as well as those looking for a new opportunity in January 2027.

You don't have to be an experienced Nursery Practitioner to register your interest! We'd also love to hear from Level 3 Teaching Assistants who are happy to move into a nursery environment.

Who We'd Love to Hear From

Experienced Nursery Practitioners.

Nursery Assistants.

Level 3 Teaching Assistants happy to work within an Early Years setting.

Candidates with previous childcare or early years experience.

Individuals who are caring, patient, energetic and enjoy working with younger children.

The Details

Location: Maidstone and surrounding areas.

Working days: Monday-Friday.

Hours: 8:00am-6:00pm, 9:00AM-6:00PM, other hours

Working pattern: Full-time.

Start date: ASAP or January 2027.

Setting: Nursery / Early Years.

Requirements

A current DBS certificate or willingness to apply for a new one.

A genuine interest in working with young children.

Confidence supporting children's early learning, development and daily routines.

Relevant Level 3 childcare or early years qualifications are advantageous.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be preferred.
