Passionate about little learners? Ready to make a big difference in the smallest of lives? We want YOU!

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, caring and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our growing team, supporting nurseries across Sunderland and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're an experienced Nursery Practitioner, a qualified Early Years specialist or someone with a genuine passion for helping children learn, grow and thrive, we'd love to hear from you!

We're looking for individuals who understand just how important those early years are. People who can create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.

✨ What we're looking for:

Experienced Nursery Practitioners with a passion for Early Years.

Individuals who can support children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Candidates with experience working with babies, toddlers or pre-school children.

Confident practitioners who can support the EYFS framework.

Caring, reliable and proactive individuals who can build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

🎓 Qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement!

Do you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning?

Fantastic! We'd love to hear from you.

However, qualifications aren't essential. We're equally interested in individuals with hands-on childcare experience, a nurturing approach and a genuine passion for supporting children's development.

Day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements.

Competitive rates of pay.

Flexible opportunities to suit your availability.

The chance to gain experience across a variety of Early Years settings.

A dedicated consultant who understands the importance of finding the right setting for you.
