Location: Sussex - Hybrid - flexible
Salary: £55K-£60K DOE
Job Type: 8-4pm M-F
Occupational Health Advisor Hunters' client is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an occupational health professional who values clinical judgement, quality and practical advice rather than a high-volume, box-ticking approach. The successful candidate will be confident managing occupational health cases independently and providing clear, proportionate advice to employees and managers.
Occupational Health Advisor - Essential Qualifications
Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse Active nursing qualification and registration SCPHN - Specialist Community Public Health Nursing qualification Previous Occupational Health experience Candidates who do not hold both current NMC registration and SCPHN will not be considered Strong IT Skills Occupational Health Advisor - Key Responsibilities
Manage management referrals and occupational health case management Provide advice on fitness for work, return to work and workplace adjustments Conduct pre-employment health assessments Provide clear, concise and proportionate occupational health reports Undertake health surveillance, depending on experience and interests Confident managing occupational health cases and providing sound clinical judgement Able to communicate effectively with employees, managers and other stakeholders Occupational Health Advisor - What's on Offer
