Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their dynamic team in Leicester . You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing administrative tasks that keep the business running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, directing enquiries appropriately.
- Maintain and organise office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy accessibility of information.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as required.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate and costs are controlled.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, preparing necessary documentation and workspace arrangements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
