Job Description
Office Administrator / Account Support
Proman is looking for an Office Administrator / Account Support professional to join our Construction Branch in Central London.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support, including registering candidates, collecting all documents and certificates required for each position, completing site induction paperwork, creating assignments and contracts in the system, maintaining an up-to-date database, processing timesheets, and supporting the payroll process. Assist with candidate sourcing by using job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess suitability based on job requirements. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Good level of spoken and written English. An additional European language would be an advantage.
