Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the efficient operation of their Edinburgh office. This key role involves managing facilities, coordinating administrative staff, and ensuring a productive and welcoming work environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, from maintaining office supplies to implementing operational policies. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the work of administrative support staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage office budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of supplies and services.

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar senior administrative role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiation.
