Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review offshore installation procedures and methodologies, focusing on safety and efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and oversight for the installation of subsea structures, pipelines, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, naval architects, and vessel operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for complex offshore installation operations.
• Monitor installation progress, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and implement solutions remotely.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Marine Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in offshore installation engineering within the Oil & Gas industry .
• Proven track record in managing and executing offshore installation projects.
• Strong understanding of subsea systems, marine operations, and heavy lifting techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software and technical drawing review.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills are essential.
