About the Role

Our client requires a highly experienced Offshore Installation Manager to lead their offshore platform operations based out of Southampton . This critical leadership role is responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally sound execution of all activities on an offshore installation. You will manage all personnel, operations, maintenance, and logistics, ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards and regulatory requirements within the oil and gas sector. This is a demanding but extremely rewarding position for a seasoned professional with a strong background in offshore operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the offshore installation, ensuring safety, security, and environmental compliance.
• Manage and develop the offshore team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure effective implementation of maintenance programs and inspection schedules.
• Coordinate logistics, supplies, and personnel transfers to and from the installation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for onshore management, regulatory bodies, and emergency response.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in offshore operations management, with a strong background in the oil and gas industry .
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing large, diverse teams offshore.
• In-depth knowledge of offshore safety regulations, emergency procedures, and environmental management.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Valid offshore certifications and medical fitness for offshore work.
