About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Offshore Installation Manager for a fully remote role, supporting operations globally. This critical position is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of offshore construction and installation projects, often managing complex logistics and large teams from a remote command center. You will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to strict safety standards, project timelines, and budget constraints. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to manage high-stakes operations from a distance, contributing significantly to the company's success in executing challenging offshore developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive offshore installation plans and procedures.
• Manage and coordinate offshore construction crews and contractors effectively.
• Oversee the safe and efficient installation of subsea structures, pipelines, and platforms.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with onshore project management, engineering, and marine assurance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in offshore project management and installation, with significant time as an Installation Manager .
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale offshore construction projects.
• Deep understanding of offshore operations, marine logistics, and vessel management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects remotely and ensure operational integrity.
