Offshore Installation Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly accomplished Offshore Installation Manager to lead complex offshore projects based out of Plymouth . This senior role demands exceptional leadership and project management skills to oversee the safe and efficient execution of offshore installations, predominantly in the Oil & Gas sector . You will be responsible for the entire installation phase, from planning and mobilization to execution and demobilization, ensuring all activities meet stringent safety, quality, and environmental standards. This is a high-responsibility position for seasoned professionals in offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of offshore installation campaigns, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Develop detailed execution plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Oversee vessel and equipment mobilization, operations, and demobilization.
• Manage interface between onshore support teams and offshore execution teams.
• Ensure compliance with all project specifications, regulatory requirements, and HSEQ policies.
• Control project costs and schedule, reporting progress to senior management.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale offshore construction and installation projects.
• Proven track record in the Oil & Gas industry .
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of offshore construction techniques and equipment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OPITO).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex logistical challenges.
