On-Site Warehouse Team Lead

Omnia Resourcing, a dynamic recruitment agency, is seeking an On-Site Team Leader for a busy Northampton site. You will supervise a team of warehouse operatives, coordinate daily workflow, monitor productivity and quality, and support ongoing training to maintain high performance.

The role offers a £13.50 per hour pay rate, Tuesday-Thursday 10:00-18:00 and Friday-Saturday 14:00-22:00, with a temporary-to-perm path.
