About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Online Child Development Specialist to join their innovative, fully remote team, serving families in and around Leeds . In this vital role, you will provide expert guidance and support to parents and caregivers on child development milestones, challenges, and effective parenting strategies, all delivered through virtual consultations and digital resources. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with parents and caregivers to discuss child development concerns and provide tailored advice.

• Offer support and guidance on age-appropriate milestones, behavioral challenges, and learning strategies for children from birth to age five.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Child Development, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct work with children and families, with a focus on development.
• Demonstrated expertise in developmental psychology, parenting strategies, and early intervention.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing software and other digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively in a remote setting.
