About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Online Course Developer with a specialization in Science subjects to join their dedicated team in Cardiff . You will work closely with educators and subject matter experts to transform traditional scientific content into interactive online modules, ensuring accuracy, pedagogical effectiveness, and alignment with national curricula. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and script interactive online science courses and learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure scientific accuracy and pedagogical soundness of content.
• Integrate multimedia elements, such as videos, simulations, and interactive quizzes, to enhance learner engagement.
• Format and upload course content into the client's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all developed content to ensure it meets established standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Science discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in instructional design or online course development, particularly for science subjects.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of K-12 or higher education science curricula.
