This role focuses on guiding students through online learning environments, fostering active participation, and providing timely support to ensure a positive and effective learning experience. You will be responsible for managing discussion forums, providing feedback on assignments, and facilitating virtual classroom sessions, contributing to the high-quality delivery of online education. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate online learning activities, including leading discussions, moderating forums, and responding to student queries promptly.
- Provide constructive feedback on student assignments and assessments, adhering to grading rubrics.
- Monitor student progress and engagement, intervening proactively to support learners who may be struggling.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure course content is up-to-date and pedagogically sound.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of online course delivery strategies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area.
- Previous experience in facilitating or teaching in an online learning environment .
- Strong understanding of online pedagogy and student engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other online collaboration tools .
