Online Early Years Learning Facilitator

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and engaging Online Early Years Learning Facilitator to join their remote team and deliver high-quality educational experiences to young children virtually. This role focuses on creating and leading interactive online sessions that promote learning and development, utilising digital tools to foster a stimulating and supportive environment for children and their families. You will be instrumental in expanding access to early education through a flexible, remote-first approach, based in or connected to Cambridge .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging online curriculum-based lessons and activities for early years children.
• Facilitate interactive virtual group sessions, encouraging participation and social interaction among children.
• Provide guidance and support to parents/guardians on incorporating learning activities into home routines.
• Monitor children's engagement and developmental progress through observation and feedback.
• Collaborate with a remote team to develop new online learning resources and strategies.

Requirements

• A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in early years education, with experience in online or digital delivery being a significant advantage.
• Proficiency with virtual learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and educational software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with young children remotely.
• Creative thinking and a passion for innovative early years education.
