Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic and interactive online English language lessons to individuals and small groups.
• Assess students' current English proficiency and develop personalized learning plans.
• Focus on improving pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and conversational fluency.
• Utilize various online teaching tools and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to motivate students.
• Track student progress and communicate effectively with learners and parents/guardians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably online.
• Excellent command of the English language and a strong understanding of grammar and phonetics.
• Proficiency with online collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype) and virtual whiteboards.
• Patient, adaptable, and able to create a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
