About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online courses, modules, and learning materials using best practices in instructional design.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and content structure.
• Create interactive elements, multimedia assets, and assessments to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Ensure all online learning content is accessible, user-friendly, and meets quality standards.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in online learning and instructional design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing online learning courses.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models .
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
