Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to students and faculty, troubleshooting platform-related issues promptly.
• Generate reports on platform usage, student engagement, and course completion rates.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in administering Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas).
