About the Role

Our client is searching for a skilled and organized Online Learning Platform Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing success of their digital learning environment in Edinburgh . This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure the platform meets the needs of both educators and learners, driving engagement and providing a seamless user experience. You will work closely with technical teams, content creators, and stakeholders to manage all aspects of the platform, from user administration to feature enhancements. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the online learning platform (LMS).
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement, course completion rates, and overall platform effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams on platform upgrades, maintenance, and new feature implementation.
• Provide technical support and training to faculty, staff, and students using the platform.
• Analyze platform data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and report on key metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing learning management systems (LMS) or similar online educational platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-learning principles, instructional design, and user experience (UX) in digital environments.
• Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
