Sainsbury’s is seeking an Online Assistant to support online orders with fast, accurate picking and friendly customer service. You’ll use a hand-held device to plan efficient routes, handle customer queries, process orders and assist with loading vans for home delivery.

The role involves learning product knowledge, providing recommendations, and working flexibly across the store. Shifts may start very early in the morning, in a fast-paced environment.
