Online Order Fulfillment Specialist

Sainsbury's is seeking an Online Assistant to support online grocery orders, picking items for delivery and handling substitutions when stock is low. You’ll use a handheld device to navigate the store, plan routes, and ensure on-time packing for doorstep delivery.

You’ll also assist customers, process orders, load vans, and stay engaged with promotions while learning new digital tools. Early mornings and fast-paced teamwork are common in this role.
