Online Order Fulfillment Specialist

Sainsbury’s Online Retail in the UK is recruiting Online Assistants to support our online customers by preparing orders on the shop floor, with substitutions when items are out of stock. You’ll use a route-planning handset and assist with queries, while ensuring timely delivery preparation.

You’ll help load vans for Home Delivery Drivers and build product knowledge to make confident recommendations. This role requires a proactive, customer‑focused approach in a fast-paced store environment.
