We are a well-established builders’ merchant supplying a wide range of building materials, timber, tools, landscaping products, and construction supplies to trade and retail customers. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Online Sales Executive** to join our growing team.. .

Key Responsibilities

• - Promote and sell the company’s range of building materials and merchant products through online sales channels..
• - Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, website, telephone, and social media..
• - Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and follow up to secure sales..
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers..
• - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets..
• - Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment..
• - Maintain accurate customer information and sales records using the company CRM system..
• - Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally..

Requirements

• - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or builders’ merchant sales is desirable..
• - Strong communication and negotiation skills..
• - Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office..
• - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks..
• - A proactive approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Experience: Required
Employment: Full-time
Salary: £31,300 – £42,000 yearly
