Onsite AV Team Lead — Events & Client Support

proAV is seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our London operation and lead on-site AV and event activities. You will manage onsite technicians, coordinate service delivery, and ensure client expectations are met across meetings and events.

The role focuses on staff development, incident management and continuous service improvements while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to SLAs. Remuneration reflects experience and scope.
