Senior AV Onsite Team Lead – Events & Service Delivery

proAV is seeking an experienced Team Lead for our London operation. You will represent proAV onsite, managing a team of technicians, coordinating with the client, and ensuring all AV services meet SLAs for meetings and events.

You will oversee staffing, equipment health, cost control, and site administration, with opportunities to enhance service delivery through proactive improvements and collaboration with the client and internal teams.
