Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee administration, payroll preparation, compliance activities and the day-to-day coordination of business operations.

The Role

• Coordinating recruitment administration and candidate communications.

• Preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation.

• Supporting new starter onboarding processes.

• Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files.

• Preparing payroll information for processing.

• Managing holiday, absence and employee administration records.

• Providing general administrative support across the wider business.

• Assisting with operational projects and ad hoc administrative tasks.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Reliable, professional and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Confident communicating with colleagues at all levels.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Proactive in identifying improvements and solving problems.

• Passionate about supporting a growing and evolving business.

Previous experience within administration, HR support, office coordination or business support would be advantageous; however, attitude, organisation and a willingness to learn are equally important.

What's on Offer?

• Part-time position, 18 hours per week.

• Three-day working week.

• Fixed working pattern of 9:00am to 3:00pm.

• A varied role with exposure to people, operations and business administration.

• Opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing organisation.

• Supportive and collaborative working environment.

• Long-term opportunity to develop alongside the business.

If you are a highly organised administrator who enjoys bringing structure, efficiency and support to a busy operation, we would love to hear from you
