About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Operations Consultant to join their team in Liverpool, Merseyside, UK . This role involves working closely with clients to analyze their operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. You will be instrumental in optimizing supply chains, streamlining workflows, and driving operational excellence across diverse business functions. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current operational processes, identifying areas of inefficiency and potential cost savings.
- Develop and implement optimized workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct site assessments and data analysis to benchmark performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with client teams to manage change and ensure the successful adoption of new operational models.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or operations consulting.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with client teams.
