About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Operations Director to spearhead operational strategy and execution for their Northern Ireland division, based in Belfast . This role is responsible for driving efficiency, managing complex operational challenges, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across all departments. Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the operational strategy for the Northern Ireland region, aligning with global objectives.
• Oversee and manage all operational departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of operational managers and staff.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, P&L, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to enhance productivity.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior Operations Director or equivalent role.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and complex projects.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with performance management systems and process optimization.
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
