About the Role

Our client is recruiting for a strategic and experienced Operations Director to join their leadership team in Leeds . This role is responsible for overseeing the entirety of the company's operational functions, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency across all departments. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company's long-term vision and objectives.
• Lead, manage, and mentor operational teams, ensuring high levels of performance and employee engagement.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including production, logistics, quality control, and customer service.
• Manage operational budgets, P&L performance, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and identify areas for improvement.
• Champion a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the operations division.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in a senior operational leadership role (Operations Director, VP of Operations).
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful operational strategies in complex organizations.
• Strong financial management skills, with a track record of managing budgets and P&Ls effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
