Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing operations to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
• Implement and optimize production workflows, equipment utilization, and material flow.

• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues, implement corrective actions, and support quality control.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations engineering or process improvement within a manufacturing setting.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.
• Experience with process simulation and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
