Key Responsibilities

• Analyse operational workflows and production data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Design and optimise layouts for production facilities and warehouses to maximise space utilisation and workflow.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed operational changes and technology investments.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs and training materials.
• Collaborate closely with site-based operational teams, providing remote guidance and support for implementation of engineered solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial engineering or operations engineering role.
• Proficiency in process mapping, Lean principles, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with simulation software or process modelling tools is advantageous.
• Strong remote collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with on-site teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and achieve measurable results.
