Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across designated sites, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.

• Monitor operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Operations Management or supervisory role, preferably within a multi-site environment.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and efficiency improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and report on operational performance.
• Experience with budget management at a site level.
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
