Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to track operational progress and measure success.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing operational changes and ensuring adoption by client personnel.
• Provide guidance and training to client teams on best practices in operational management.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure sustainable operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or operational consulting.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach to implementation.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence change at all levels.
