Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in the FMCG industry .
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
