Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operation, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma .

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior manufacturing operations role, managing large teams.
• Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in implementing cost reduction and efficiency improvement programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
