Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned retail locations, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service levels.
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, and merchandising to maximise sales and minimise loss.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
• Analyse sales data and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail operations management , ideally in a multi-store environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance, and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for retail excellence.
• Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
