Our client is looking for a strategic and proactive Operations Manager to lead their operational functions, supporting teams across various locations including Derby, Derbyshire . This role is designed for a leader who can ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and manage resources effectively, even in a remote or hybrid setting. You will play a key role in achieving organisational objectives by optimising operational performance and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise all aspects of daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
