Operations Manager - Fire & Security | Social Housing
Salary: £50,000-£55,000
Location: Bromsgrove | Midlands & South-West
Working: Hybrid + regional travel
We're recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading social housing contractor, managing Fire, Life Safety & Security service and maintenance operations across the region.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage engineers, subcontractors and engineering workflows.
- Oversee planned, reactive, remedial and small works.
- Ensure contractual KPIs, QHSE and H&S standards are met.
- Monitor performance, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Support quotations and project delivery.
We're looking for:
- Strong technical knowledge of Fire & Security systems.
- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams.
- Previous management experience is desirable.
- Social Housing/Housing Association experience is advantageous, not essential.
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
- Ability to pass a DBS check.
- Candidates must be commutable to Bromsgrove, ideally from Worcestershire, Warwickshire or the West Midlands.
