Key Responsibilities

• Develop and apply mathematical models (e.g., linear programming, simulation, queuing theory) to solve business problems.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define problem statements and translate them into quantitative models.
• Present complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Operations Research , Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in applying operations research techniques to solve business problems.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in OR/Analytics (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB).
• Experience with optimization solvers and simulation software.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts.
