Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a production team, ensuring workflow efficiency.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
Monitor production processes, identifying and addressing any operational issues or bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Collaborate with management on operational improvements and performance reviews.
Maintain accurate records of team performance, production output, and adherence to schedules.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing or operations environment.
Strong understanding of production processes and operational workflows.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a hybrid team .
Familiarity with health and safety best practices in an industrial setting.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
